Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 23rd, 2025 

Welcome to Boarded Custom Charcuterie! By accessing or purchasing from our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.


1. General Terms 


These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products, including custom charcuterie boards and related  products. By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. 


2. Orders and Payment 


  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website or by phone are subject to acceptance by Boarded Custom Charcuterie. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. 
  • Pricing: Prices for our products and services are listed on our website and may change without notice. All prices are in US Currency and are subject to applicable taxes 
  • Payment: A card is required to be on file to place the order. Full payment will be processed at time of pick-up or delivery. We accept debit & credit cards, cash, and zelle. Payments are processed securely. 


3. Custom Orders 


  • Personalization: For custom charcuterie boards, we may ask for preferences (e.g., dietary restrictions, ingrediant preferences). While we make every effort to accommodate specific requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met. 
  • Pickup: If you prefer to pick-up your order, you can do so at no additional cost. Please ensure you pick up your order at the agreed time to ensure freshness. 
  • Order Changes: Orders may be modified up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate changes. 


5. Refunds and Cancellations 


  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, we require a minimum of  4 days notice in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not receive a refund due to supplies purchased. 
  • Once an order is confirmed, a card will be required to put on file. If the order is cancelled within the 4 day window, 1/2 of the total order price will be charged. 
  • Refunds: If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect items, poor quality), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if necessary. 


6. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies 


We offer a variety of ingredients in our charcuterie boards, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing an order. While we take steps to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free of allergens. Gluten-free boards are available upon special request and an additional cost. 


7. Product Quality and Freshness 


Our products are made with the highest quality ingredients and are designed to be consumed as fresh as possible. Due to the nature of charcuterie products, we recommend consuming day-of delivery or pick-up for best taste and quality. 


8. Intellectual Property 


All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Boarded Custom Charcuterie LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our sit without our prior written consent. 


9. Limitation of Liability 


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boarded Custom Charcuterie LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with the quality of the products. 


10. Indemification 


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boarded Custom Charcuterie, its employees, agents, and addilliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our products and services, including violations of these Terms and Conditions. 


11. Privacy and Data Protection 


Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. 


12. Modifications to Terms 


Wr reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
